• All International shipments are subject to duties and taxes. Additional duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply to your order, depending on your location and local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are NOT INCLUDED in the price at checkout.
• If you don't see your country on the checkout page, please contact us and we'll try our best to assist you.

• Shipping service is determined by the destination country.

• Free Shipping for orders over $250 does not apply to international orders. 
  

• You will receive a tracking number via e-mail after your order has been shipped.

• Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 PM EST (U.S.A) are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed on the next business day, excluding holidays. 
  
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed within the next two business days, provided the processing days are not recognized holidays.
  
• Please note that shipping transit times are separate from processing times.
