You can register or shop as a guest, if you shop as a guest an order number can not be provided.

Are your dresses authentic?
Yes, our dresses are authentic. We work directly with the Manufacturers to provide quality products.
Where do your items ship from? The vast majority of our products ship from our warehouse located in California.
PAYMENTS
What forms of payments do you accept?
Afterpay, Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club or Paypal.
When using Shop Pay or Afterpay please read below.
Afterpay: Buy now and pay it in 4 interest-free installments over 6 weeks.

Do Scenic Bridal Things gift cards expire?
Yes, gift cards expire 1 year after they are issued. For example if your gift card is issued 12/31/2023 it will expire 12/31/2024.
ORDER AVAILABILITY/STATUS
If I am placing a large order do I need to contact Scenic Bridal Things prior to placing the order?
We ask that you email us at sales@scenicbridalthings.com or call us at 864-626-6484 to check availability.
I didn't receive an order confirmation or shipping confirmation email what should I do?
We are sorry that you did not receive confirmation of your order. It's possible it could have gone to your junk email folder, please email us at sales@scenicbridalthings.com or call us 864-626-6484 and we can verify your order was placed and resend you an email confirmation.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped, your confirmation email will update to show a shipped status and we will include your tracking number if applicable. You will also receive a separate email with any tracking information once your order ships out. Generally orders will ship out the same business day Monday-Friday when placed before 2 pm EST.
CHANGING AN ORDER
How do I change/cancel my order or edit my address after my order had been placed?
Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, once an order is submitted it is usually not possible to change/cancel it. Please call us immediately at 864-626-6484 during our Customer Service hours of Monday - Friday 9am-4pm EST. We cannot cancel or change orders by email.
The item(s) I bought are now on sale, can I get a price adjustment?
We do not offer price adjustments.
Can I apply an existing promotion/coupon code to an order that I previously submitted?
Promotion/Coupons Codes must be used during checkout and are not retroactive.
If items are no longer on your website will you restock it?
We try to restock popular items. If they become available it will be placed under New Arrivals located in the navigation bar and the homepage..
SHIPPING
What method of shipping do you use?
Our products are shipped via USPS, UPS or Fedex for orders for order within the U.S International orders and shipped via DHL.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Scenic Bridal Things is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
- We recommend contacting the shipping carrier as soon as your package states delivered and you're not able to locate it to file a missing package claim
